Welcome to the American Legion in Canada

Interested in helping all veterans who served with the American Armed Forces, during the periods specified by Congress. Many of these individuals are Canadian citizens who have returned home or American citizens who have immigrated to Canada. They and their families may be eligible for most of the benefits that American veterans are entitled to and receive in the states (except housing). Benefits may also apply to wives, children and widows. Citizenship is not a requirement, but filing a claim is mandatory. Assistance is available upon request. Does not service Canadian or British forces.
