Mission

It is important that everyone realize that papers or claims must be completed prior to receiving any benefit and that the Post has individuals who can assist them in this process. Should the Post not have someone who can assist, the nearest office or Department of Veteran Affairs, Canada has the people who can provide this assistance. Or have them contact DVA Foreign Countries Operations Unit. DVA Canada has direct access to the Washington office for foreign claims/inquiries.

American Legion servics are available to anyone. Post 5/18/21 are in Ontario. We are part of District 8 in New York
